- Handler base class with graceful shutdown and signal handling
- NATSClient with JetStream and msgpack serialization
- Pydantic Settings for environment configuration
- HealthServer for Kubernetes probes
- OpenTelemetry telemetry setup
- Service clients: STT, TTS, LLM, Embeddings, Reranker, Milvus
