- Add create_mlflow_run and log_evaluation_to_mlflow KFP components
- Log accuracy, correct/total counts, pass/fail to MLflow experiment
- Upload evaluation_results.json as artifact
- Wire MLflow run into pipeline DAG before NATS publish
